National cultural monument declared in 1955
Below the Square of the Slovak National Uprising in Banská Bystrica is Dolná street, which, like the Square of the Slovak National Uprising, is surrounded by historic colorful houses. One of them is the late Gothic town house no. 3, which has been a national cultural monument since 1955.
Late Gothic town house built in the first half of the 16th century. It was modified in the second half of the 16th century, in the 19th century, before 1987 and in the years 1991-1999. It has a one- and two-tract layout, an L-shaped floor plan, two floors with a basement. The drive-through terraced house is located in the Municipal Monument Reserve on the northwest side of the street.
