Below the Square of the Slovak National Uprising in Banská Bystrica is Dolná street, which, like the Square of the Slovak National Uprising, is surrounded by historic colourful houses. One of them is the late Gothic town house no. 11, which has been a national cultural monument since 1955.

Town house on Dolná street 11 represents a late Gothic town house built in the first half of the 16th century. It was edited in the second half of the 16th century, in the first half of the 17th century, after 1761 and in the 19th and 20th centuries. It has a one- and three-tract layout, a four-wing open floor plan, it has two floors with a basement. The row house is located in the western part of the Municipal Monument Reserve.
