National cultural monument declared in 1955
Below the Square of the Slovak National Uprising in Banská Bystrica is Dolná street, which, like the Square of the Slovak National Uprising, is surrounded by historic colorful houses. One of them is the Gothic town house no. 10, which has been a national cultural monument since 1955.
Gothic town house built at the end of the 14th century. It was modified in the 16th, 17th, 18th, 19th, 20th and 21st centuries. It has a two-tract layout, a rectangular floor plan, it has three floors with three attic floors and a basement. The terraced house is located in the western part of the Municipal Monument Reserve.
