National cultural monument declared in 1955
Below the Square of the Slovak National Uprising in Banská Bystrica is Dolná ulica, which, like the Square of the Slovak National Uprising, is surrounded by colorful historical houses. One of them is the Renaissance town house no. 9, which has been a national cultural monument since 1955.
Renaissance town house built in 1620-1630. It was remodelled in 1818. It has a three-tract layout, it has three floors with a basement. The terraced house is located in the Municipal Monument Reserve. It is located on the square where visitors can see it in its full glory.
